The Folk Culture Development and Training Centre (FCC) is a national organization under the Ministry of Culture. FCC is responsible for the implementation of the UNESCO Convention of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage in Estonia.

Soluvi architected and developed a unique web-based cultural intangible heritage collection database. The system was implemented on the popular PHP based Prado framework.
